Medical Practice

By continuing to use EntelMed Sites, you acknowledge that EntelMed and its employees, officers and directors do not purport to practice medicine, is not licensed to practice medicine in any jurisdiction, and does not provide any diagnosis or treatments or patient care for any conditions. All such medical services will be provided by a licensed medical doctor in EntelMed’s network. Information Collected by EntelMed

General

Our Sites are made available to you to provide information about our university and the services offered. You can browse our Sites without providing any personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number or social security number.
